I am Tyson Yuk, the founder of the blog Commercial Realty Singapore, Associate Group Director of Propnex Realty, and Co-founder of the Luxury Team in PropNex in 2016. My forte is in commercial properties, and my passion is to turn undervalued raw diamonds (shophouses) into valuable money-churning masterpieces. Simultaneously luxury realty is also my niche as I have a strong network of strong offshore investors. 

With my blog, I aim to guide, educate, advise and share tips and tricks with potential property buyers and investors to help them make successful property ventures.

Our commercial team has achieved more than S$1 billion in transacted sales volume over the years. 

I was the Chief Project IC at The Peak at Cairnhill 2 during a challenging market. My team sold 85% of the units with more than $3.3 million worth of commission paid to the project team.

My experience, combined with sharp analysis skills, helped me to access untapped Singapore real estate and develop them into long-term rewarding investments.

My recent success only came after many struggles in life. I almost went bankrupt twice and my marriage was almost at the verge of divorce. Eventually I PERSEVERED and made a comeback together with my wife as a husband and wife team.

Worked in MNC Fitness Industry
Prior to real estate, I worked in an American Fitness Chain, (Planet Fitness) as Regional Fitness Manager of the chain overseeing 6 mega clubs and managing over 100 trainers. This role has widened my horizons in the business world and sharpened my work personality and efficiency to deliver KPIs constantly. My personality attracted many clients, engaging me for a personal training session. My clients’ profile includes MNC top executive, businessman and ultra-high net worth individuals. I was influenced by his clients' business and investment views, and soon developed a great interest in real estate investment.

I left the fitness industry to further my study for a diploma in Wealth Management and started my first real estate investment.

Joined real estate focusing in luxury real estate market

I joined real estate focusing on the luxury real estate market, and I never looked back ever since! My business approach is founded on building lasting relationships based upon commitment and trust. Clients appreciate my down-to-earth style, which gives them a high degree of confidence and trust.

2012 - 2016
International Properties Exploration

Back in 2012-2016, I was ex-cofounder of China facing property internet portal that aims to link international quality listings with qualified buyers from China eJiaJia.co (易 佳 家) that translates to “Internet Best Home @ Ease’ by Chinese definition”. During the business venture, I spent 4 years traveling throughout Singapore and China gaining valuable insight into the cultural differences between China market and the international market.

I was also invited to share topics on Singapore real estate as a Guest Speaker by UOB China and HSBC China and other Chinese institutions including lifestyle events & shows, Golf Tournament Organizers, Overseas Graduates Club, Nanjing Business Association, Qide (overseas education consultants).
