ABOUT LUXURY TEAM
Propnex Luxury Team was only founded in 3rs Quarter 2015 humbly by 4 cofounding leaders from PNG including myself lead by Dominic Lee, we were the new kids in project marketing venturing this route of unknown territory, no one believe in us. OUE Twin Peaks was our 1st appointed project We fought with sweat and tears with pure faith and believe.
We were blessed to achieve outstanding results at Twin Peaks. Subsequently we were appointed and proved our result in Gramercy Park 2016, Martin Modern 2017 and Peak at Cairnhill 2 2107 lead by myself. These astonishing achievements led to the rise of the PNG Lux Team and PropNex Luxury Team was formed – opened to all PropNexians who met the stringent criteria. Many inspired to be a part of us but they did not meet our luxury team high criterial of expectation or simply just don’t know or where to start
In 2019 April , I initiated the Luxury Realtor Apprentice Program , This program consist of 10 modules facilitated by luxury Team Leaders who are all elite industry practitioner with proven track records in personal sales , leadership role and also the top leadership in leading project sales .

Propnex 2018, 5 out of 10 Millionaires realtors focuses on Luxury real estate. Many came to spoke to me that they are inspired to be a part of us but they did not meet our luxury team high criterial of expectation or simply just don’t know or where to start .
Hence I initiated The Propnex Luxury Apprentice (LRA) with the help and support of all the luxury Leaders, The apprenticeships consist of 10 modules of sessions, LRA is not just on class theories the apprentices will also be attached to a mentor as a Protégé
We were only looking to take in 50 apprentices, however more 600 agents attending the preview of the Luxury Realtor Apprentice program and we had an overwhelming signed up of more than 220 pax
LUXURY REALTOR APPRENTICE
The purpose of session is to share some insight on how to enter into luxury segment . Many agents wanted to enter to this segment but they feel that
- They do not have any clients base to start with
- No idea where and how to start on Prospecting
- Don’t know how to handle high end clients
- Feel that Lux segment is high in barrier and they are not good enough.
The apprentice will undergo the 10 training modules covering on technical skill topics such as Real Estate data and financial analysis, digital marketing , presentation skill and psychology profiling. The soft skill topics such as super prospecting , handling high net worth and china clients and super mindset skill to cover come fears and procrastination.
The sessions over 2months with hand on prospecting skills and mentorship.
