Landed residential homes are making space as wealth preservation assets
2021 was considered a sterling year for the landed residential homes market, but transaction volume for both landed, and non-landed homes declined in the first half of 2022. Despite the decline in sales volume, the prices of both landed, and non-landed homes kept going north.
In the long run, the limited landed stock will enable prices to continue rising in the long term, and 99-year landed homes could be the next best option, based on availability and affordability by then.
